CHANDIGARH : Three labourers were killed and four others seriously injured when the roof of an under-construction building here caved in, police said today. When the roof of the building, located in the industrial area of the city, fell, around ten labourers were buried under the debris, they said, adding three of them were killed.The injured have been admitted to the government hospital here, they added. Investigation into the incident was on.
